Otváracia grilovačka s príchuťou Chateau Rúbaň

We kicked off the season exactly as it should be — with great food, excellent wine, and a summer atmosphere under the open sky.

Our opening barbecue brought together the taste of quality ingredients with a relaxed vibe and great music. An evening filled with grilled specialties, refreshing drinks, and shared moments that simply belong to summer.

Veltlínske from 48-year-old vines. HOSSA — a grape variety created in honour of Marián Hossa. Cabernet Blanc, a wine that deceives you with its colour. Sparkling wine produced using the Champagne method right here in Slovakia. And the flagship Château Rúbaň — Svoj sen grand, a rare variety aged for 7 months in acacia and oak barrels.

Château Rúbaň joined us for the summer barbecue at Hotel Demänová, bringing with it everything that makes Slovak wine truly exceptional.
