Ďumbier and Chopok from Lúčky
Ďumbier is with a height of 2043 m above sea level. the highest peak of the Low Tatras. However, climbing to the top is not one of the most challenging. The route is smooth, complemented by amazing views on both sides of the Low Tatras. Liptov, Spiš, Horehronie, the Western and High Tatras or the Slovak Rudohorie are in the palm of your hand.
Educational trail Prosiecka and Kvačianska dolina
Prosiecka and Kvačianska valleys are among the most visited summer tourism sites in Liptov. Due to their unpretentiousness, they are especially popular with families with children. The tourist route in this locality is, in addition to the Oblazy mills, a waterfall or wooden lookout towers, also supplemented by an educational trail. An easy half-day hike through two interesting valleys in the Choč Hills. The beginning and end of the tour is in the village.
Baranec from Žiarská dolina
Baranec (2184 m above sea level) is a hill rising above Liptovský Mikuláš. Together with Kriváň, the dominant part is panoramatic frames of the city and indisputably is also one of the most visited peaks in the Western Tatras and the whole of Liptov. One of the reasons is the fact that the route to Baranec can be a circuit, supplemented by a stop at Žiarská chata.
Veľký Choč
Veľký Choč (1611 m above sea level) is a unique hill, which is due to its location and height a very good vantage point. It offers distant panoramic views of all corners of the world. You will enjoy an unconventional view of the Western Tatras and Liptov and you will have it all in the palm of your hand. The ascent to Veľký Choč is also interesting because it can be reached from several starting points. Tours are possible from Valaská Dubová, Lúčok, Jasenová, but also Vyšný Kubín.
Sivý vrch from Bobrovecká dolina
Sivý vrch (1805 m above sea level) is a part of the Western Tatras, while it is accessible both from the area of Huty and from Bobrovec. The hike is not one of the most challenging, but it is definitely one of the most beautiful. The main views of Liptov and Orava are worth it.
